Contract Management Supervisor (Lawyer)

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the contract management team.
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure team productivity and compliance.
• Develop team goals and individual performance objectives.
• Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts.
• Ensure proper execution and management of all contracts (purchase agreements, service contracts, vendor contracts, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and standards related to contracts.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts, including legal, financial, and performance risks.
• Work with legal and financial departments to ensure contract terms and conditions protect the organization's interests.
• Establish systems to monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met on time.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of active contracts to ensure compliance.
• Address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, procurement, operations) to ensure alignment of contract terms with organizational needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and partners regarding contract issues or questions.
• Liaise with senior management to keep them informed about contract status, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the logistics industry, is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite from Monday - Saturday at Nissan Techno Park, Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta. Rosa Laguna.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
