We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the execution and delivery of new and/or enhanced products, services, and processes supporting WEX’s North American Fleet (NAF) line of business. In this role, you’ll deliver market leading customer experiences and help drive the Product Management team’s strategic roadmap. Although specific roles and responsibilities will evolve over time, your initial focus will be to ensure WEX’s products and services are aligned to meet the credit needs of the NAF customer and develop and execute product strategies that unlock spend potential and expand the customer base within financial guidelines. Unrelenting customer focus, a go-to-market mindset, and a holistic, end-to-end perspective will be critical to success in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver best-in-class products, experiences, and enabling capabilities that delight customers and win in the market.
  • Deeply understand credit capabilities and customer needs to define product priorities and roadmap.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Credit, Fraud, and UX/design teams to define novel solutions that maximize customer value and eliminate pain points.
  • Collaborate and provide leadership to 1-2 scrum teams to execute upon product roadmap, surfacing points of conflict and driving tradeoff decisions.
  • Define what success looks like, leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, and iterate to maximize customer benefit, adoption, and financial results.
  • Lead customer journey mapping exercises and harness customer feedback/insights to define product strategy, create value, and impact product direction.
  • Be a trusted partner that can present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and build bridges across diverse functional areas.
  • Own the product end-to-end from ideation and prototype development to product launch and stabilization.
  • Research and stay up to date with current banking/credit/payment trends that could impact our business or enable new solutions.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles in a customer-focused, data-driven environment.
  • Deep experience in B2B credit products and processes.
  • Strong go-to-market and commercial sensibility.
  • Experience leading technical development initiatives.
  • Data-driven background and approach, including leveraging AI/ML.
  • Deep customer engagement, with customer journey mapping experience.
  • Boundless curiosity and a learning mindset.
  • Strong collaborative and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile fashion; go broad to go narrow; build, test, iterate.
  • Ability to nurture various projects in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
  • Preferred locations: Atlanta, Boston, Portland, ME, Utah.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $107,000.00 - $142,000.00
