**Must-Have:** Ability to function in a low oxygen environment (8,000' in elevation)
**Job Description:**
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all instruments used for surgical procedures and patient care.
- Perform daily biological and sterile supply testing and maintain logs.
- Organize and direct instrument needs to units throughout the facility.
- Assist clinical operations as needed with endoscopy procedures.
- Stock and order supplies for the unit as directed.
- Understand and complete competencies based on policy guidelines and industry standards for sterile processing department practices.
- Collaborate with department members to ensure an efficient, professional, and respectful working environment.
- Communicate effectively with other departments regarding patient safety.
**Additional Information:**
- Housing in surrounding towns may be necessary due to high costs.
- Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing.
- The position does not currently accept requests for time off in advance.
- Review disputes within a 30-day timeframe, or they will be denied.
- Holiday coverage is not required.
