Engineering Transformation Coach

Our client is looking to fill a long term contract position and the resource will work a hybrid remote/in office schedule in Dallas.

Multi year contract!

MUST HAVE HANDS ON ANSIBLE AND TERRAFORM EXPERIENCE.

Engineering Coach

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Transformation Coaching.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Transformation Coaching business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. DevSecOps
• Infra as Code (ansible / Terraform)
• CICD (Artifactory and other tools)
• Code Management (GitHub)
• Unit and Integration testing
• Cloud (AWS / Google)
• Coaching / Mentoring
