Litigation Associate

SkyWater Search Partners is assisting an AmLaw firm in the Chicago metro with their search for an experienced labor & employment associate.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of L&E experience at a mid-size or large law firm, excellent academic credentials, and be licensed in Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts and policies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations and litigation.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Strong academic credentials.
