CAT Inside Adjuster Analyst II
- Remote role handling complex catastrophe claims
- Investigate, analyze, and settle claims using Xactimate
- Interpret policies, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements
- Provide empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with field adjusters and other team members
- Field-based role with 70% travel, inspecting properties damaged by various perils
- Conduct on-site assessments, prepare estimates, and settle claims using Xactimate
- Work 10-day on/4-day off schedule with 12-hour workdays
- Handle claims remotely when necessary
- Remote role focusing on virtual inspections of wind and hail claims
- Use video collaboration tools to assess damages and prepare estimates
- Investigate coverage, interpret policies, and negotiate settlements
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Work extended hours during high-volume periods
- Remote role handling property claims, with a focus on water losses
- Conduct virtual inspections using advanced video technology
- Prepare estimates, investigate coverage, and negotiate settlements
- Manage time efficiently while providing empathetic customer service
- Policy interpretation and coverage determination
- Claims investigation and analysis
Damage assessment (property, wind, hail, water, fire, etc.) - Xactimate proficiency (or similar estimating software)
- Customer service and empathetic communication

- Minimum 2 years of prior property adjuster experience
