Kroll is seeking a motivated, career, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our Cyber Risk team. The Cyber Retainer Service Line is canvassing for an Operations Manager to assist with numerous administrative and client-facing support functions required by this program. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous, analytical-oriented individual with a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, specifically Excel and Dynamics. Operations Managers are the engine for multiple, concurrent implementation projects involving the full expanse of Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice. This analytical-focused position will require daily interaction with the Service Line Leader, as well as Sales Reps, Retainer practitioners, and Kroll’s Finance and Billing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheet of Retainer clients and their various engagements across all global regions.
  • Reviewing Retainer client accounts and drafting monthly Status Update letters.
  • Reviewing billing records for accuracy of Retainer credits utilized for specific service engagements and communicating with Billing Team regarding any discrepancies.
  • Create numerous metric-driven spreadsheets and graphs by running financial reports to track the Retainer program and produce Service Line summaries and statistics for requested briefings.
  • Coordinating with Finance team on status of outstanding Accounts Receivables related to Retainer clients.
  • Coordinating with Sales Reps and Practitioners to submit Scoping Notes and Case Opening requests and reviewing drafted documents for accuracy prior to sending to clients.

Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with finance documentation and spreadsheets (WIP, Transaction Detail Reports, AR Report, etc).
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong listening skills with an ability to translate client needs into actionable steps.
  • Must be a self-initiator, enthusiastic, flexible and collaborative.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of employees within Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice.

The current salary range for this position is $50,000 - $150,000.
