Job Summary

Are you ready to take the reins as a leader in the thriving culinary scene of Dallas? Wolfgang Puck Catering has an exciting opportunity for a District Manager to oversee all operations in this dynamic market. As our company continues to grow, we're seeking a visionary individual who is passionate about driving success and innovation in the food service industry.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our Dallas business, responsible for managing multiple food service operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and financial performance. With the guidance of our Vice President, you'll ensure adherence to our high standards of food quality, merchandising, and resource management while implementing strategic initiatives to optimize operational productivity. Your expertise in P&L management, menu development, and multi-unit leadership will be essential in driving favorable financial outcomes and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to company food quality and merchandising standards while managing company resources and assets.
  • Manage the district in accordance with established policies and procedures, under the guidance of the Vice President.
  • Conduct operational audits of district units and implement improvements to enhance financial performance and productivity.
  • Develop realistic forecasts at both unit and district levels to ensure favorable financial outcomes.
  • Uphold company brands, programs, services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to managers, guiding their development and fostering strong client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing P&L food service operations, including high-volume catering, B&I, and corporate dining.
  • Experience in multi-unit leadership.
  • Certification in ServSafe and knowledge of HAACP.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated menu development abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and excellent negotiating skills.
