The Workspace One System Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and remediating deployments of security and feature updates for Windows Workstation devices, and installation/removal/update of applications. Candidate should also have SCCM experience. The successful candidate will have prior Workspace One experience with workstation Enrollment, Smart Groups, Tags, and PowerShell scripts for creating Sensors. The successful candidate will have experience developing scripts and automations for efficient deployments and must possess good communication skills for working in a collaborative environment with ease. This role has the opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and learn about how to improve software deployments to build the connected airline of the future. Candidate needs to be local to Chicago or surrounding area. Position is half Hybrid and half in office.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Windows Security and Feature deployments to workstation devices.
- Develop and provide deployment reports and analysis as needed.
- Troubleshoot application and Microsoft deployments, including Windows 10 issues and WMI related issues.
- Work with application teams for deployment/removal of Applications.
- Create Smart Groups, Tags, Automations, PowerShell scripts and Assignment Groups.
- Analyze system faults, review diagnostic tests and troubleshoot Workspace One Devices and Systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with two (2) or more years of Workspace One experience, with at least one (1) year of hands-on experience supporting Workspace One
- Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of a team, but also work independently and apply judgment as needed
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Competent with PowerShell, API and SCCM
- Capable of taking the initiative to solve problems, troubleshoot and identify process improvements.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks or projects within tightly structured time windows, including mandated priority changes effectively properly
Desired Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years of experience with Workspace One
- Workspace One certification is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM)
