Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
2. Reporting : Assist in generating weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and dashboards to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
3. Forecasting & Modeling : Support the development of forecasts and predictive models using historical data and market trends.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic sales decisions.
5. Process Optimization : Work on projects aimed at improving sales processes and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Collaborative Projects : participate in cross-functional projects with other departments such as Finance and Marketing to align data-driven sales strategies.
7. CRM Management : Help develop, maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency of sales pipeline information.
Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
3. Basic knowledge of sales operations, forecasting, or financial analysis.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
7. Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
