Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- The ability to type 40+ WPM.
Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $10 per hour
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Professionally manage incoming calls/emails. Provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and offering solutions. Upsell and cross-sell products and services. Maintain accurate and organized customer profiles/accounts.
