Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Mullings Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling, arranging travel, setting up meetings, assisting with daily operations, and more. You will provide executive-level communications externally to clients and internally to the team, acting as a liaison across the organization.
This role requires a high sense of ownership and decision-making, with the ability to optimally run priorities, make timely decisions, and exercise discretion and confidentiality with critical company information. You should be an excellent communicator, proactive, naturally resourceful with the ability to solve problems, and highly organized.

This position is in-office 5 days per week at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL (this is not a hybrid or remote position). Proficiency with standard office software platforms is a must (Microsoft, Google Suite, Zoom, Teams, MacOS, etc.). A Bachelor’s degree is required.
