Practice Overview We are the largest outpatient Neurology clinic in West Michigan. We see general neurology patients, patients with neurologic movement disorders, patients with neuromuscular and/or neuroimmunology disorders, and headache disorders.

Office Culture The office has a whole new leadership team within the last 6 months, with a positive culture that challenges the status quo and embraces positive changes.

Essential Functions

• Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow
• Performs necessary administrative duties
• Maintains and cleans environment, work area, equipment
• Greets and communicates with patients and significant others
• Collects and monitors patient data
• Ensures that processes and services are continuously monitored for quality
• Engages in continuous study of the entire professional field

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program Required
• 1 year of relevant experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting Preferred
• AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, or NAHP Certified Medical Assistant Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
