NATURAL RESOURCES / ENVIRONMENTAL ATTORNEY (4+ years)
LOCATION: Sacramento or San Francisco (Hybrid)

We are looking for a passionate natural resources/environmental attorney to join our firm. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, rather than a high volume of cases and participate and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds as part of an inclusive team. Our attorneys counsel clients on compliance strategies and regularly appear in some of the most complex resources disputes in the west.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of Natural Resource/Environmental experience
- Significant experience in administrative enforcement, permitting, regulatory compliance counseling, and environmental transactional matters
- Knowledge in the areas of CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Fish & Game Code, endangered species, and/or related fields is desired
- Experience with environmental litigation in state or federal court (including discovery, preparation of administrative records, and law and motion practice) *Helpful, but not required
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Distinguished academic record, as well as exceptional research and writing skills, are required
