Overview : The Event Analytics & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of BridgeTower Media's events by providing expert support in event analytics, event operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. This hybrid role will streamline processes, enhance data quality, and provide strategic insights to improve event data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analytics Tracking & Review : Pull and analyze event-related data to monitor trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for improving event nominations and applications.
- Event Software SME : Serve as the go-to expert for setting up and launching events, ensuring the use of standardized templates and best practices.
- Template Management : Maintain and regularly update templates to ensure alignment with current best practices and branding standards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with marketing, event management, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and support unified strategies across departments.
- Data Quality Assurance : Perform regular audits of event data, addressing any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting & Visualization : Develop and present data-driven reports and visualizations for stakeholders, highlighting key trends in event performance.
- Training & Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for training and process improvements related to event management and data collection. Collaborate with the Event Operations Manager to implement strategic enhancements to internal capabilities and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience/familiarity in event operations and event management systems
- Basic knowledge of analytics tracking and data reporting, with a willingness to develop expertise
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement and training development
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to grow expertise in event management and marketing platforms
- Bonus points for experience with Cvent, ActOn, Agorapulse, and/or NinjaCat.
