Sales Manager- Cement

Mackenzie Stuart is working with a Cement manufacturer who is interested in hiring a Sales Manager in the West of the US.

We are currently looking to fill a Sales Manager position based out of AZ, NV or CA.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

1. Oversight of sales team, pushing to further develop & grow revenue in a competitive market environment
2. Responsible for resource allocation & customer portfolio management to ensure maximum margin per unit sold
3. Collaborate with logistics & production to ensure adequate supply & delivery of product
4. Ensure strong customer service from Sales team, pushing a customer centric sales culture

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

1. Must have 5+ years sales experience in Cement
2. Must have a demonstrable record of volume, revenue or margin improvements which improve P&L for the organization
3. Must have experience in pricing & margin management, or a strong understanding of the function & how that would work
