This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workforce Transformation Specialist at Chesamel Group. The specialist will be responsible for workforce management, planning, development, and fostering communication within the organization. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

• Analytical Skills, Workforce Management, and Workforce Planning skills
• Communication and Workforce Development skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of HR practices and workforce trends
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Project management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
