As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Pave, you will play a key role in scaling our technical teams - including Engineering, Product, Data and Design. You'll not only source and hire the brightest talent in the market but also create an unparalleled candidate experience. Technical recruiting will be your primary function, but recruiting for other business needs as they arise may be asked of you.

Assess internal and external talent – including interview teams - and coach teams to make strong hiring decisions that align with our company values.
Recruiting Data: Maintain, track, and analyze the metrics that matter throughout our process - find ways to act on the data and continuously improve our speed, efficiencies and goals. Keep pulse of market trends, ensuring Pave remains competitive and attractive to potential hires.
What we are looking for:

- Ability to build trust and forge strong relationships, which leads to a comfort in coaching/pushing on hiring managers.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills; communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Expert in assessing behavioral attributes and creating assessment criteria, and can coach others to do the same.
- An agile mindset, responding quickly and autonomously to change.
- Passionate about creating and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates.
Compensation, It's What We Do.

Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, commuter benefits, catered lunch, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits.
Pave's salary range for this position is $151,300 — $204,700 USD.
Our Compensation Philosophy
Pave’s compensation philosophy is to target the 75th percentile of the market for both cash and equity at your job level. This means that the “mid point” of every band at Pave is the 75th percentile of the broader market.
Pave also has a merit-based philosophy when it comes to compensation increases. We run a performance cycle twice per year to evaluate employees’ performance. Higher than average performance ratings result in compensation increases to the upper end of the individual’s compensation range for their role.
Pave is committed to pay equity. If you get an offer from Pave, it will be based on your level as determined by your interview performance. And nothing else. We explicitly do not negotiate salary and equity to ensure that we aren’t introducing bias that could lead to pay inequities within the team between candidates who have different negotiation tactics.
