Working closely with both the client and our own in-house marketing and creative teams, the Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for proactive planning on a quarterly and monthly basis, delivering on the annual marketing plan while continuously optimizing ongoing marketing programs to maximize client success. In this role, you will act as both an external consultant to clients and an internal advisor to brand managers, ensuring the right solutions are implemented effectively. You will also oversee the delivery of brand strategies, driving brand growth and expansion.


Responsibilities

  • Shape and communicate the brand vision and mission
  • Analyze brand positioning and target audience insights
  • Study and analyze market research to identify opportunities for the brand's growth and development.
  • Define and oversee the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Maintains close alignment with the strategy team to stay informed on the latest market trends and changes, determining their potential impact on the client’s marketing plan or annual objectives
  • Ensure that all content and collateral are following the brand standards
  • Develop & maintain brand standards and documentation, ensuring all content and messaging follows the brand standards
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets
  • Serves as an internal consultant to brand managers, helping them tailor solutions and approaches to meet client needs, while ensuring that messaging and creative are aligned with strategy and resonate effectively
  • Works closely with the Director of Brand Management to make sure processes and procedures are being followed and implemented appropriately
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Identify new projects and research needs that support the brand strategy and develop project briefs.
  • Stays in close communication with the integrated marketing team to understand how the current marketing program is performing and anticipate any adjustments that need to be made to accommodate shifts in the market and/or to optimize performance



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a senior brand manager, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Strong research skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge about market research, analytics, and consumer behavior.
