The Director of Sponsorship Sales leads the Company's efforts in developing and executing the sponsorship sales strategy for NDM Hospitality. The Director is responsible for identifying prospects and securing partnerships with local, regional, and national brands to optimize revenue opportunities and ensure long-term success of the business relationships.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Creates and executes the annual Sales Work Plan aligned with the business goals and objectives.
  2. Partners with business leaders/stakeholders to identify, define, and enhance the overall sponsorship strategy.
  3. Identifies new sponsorable assets that fit the company culture.
  4. Drives revenue through acquisition of new sponsor partners and renewals.
  5. Ensures on-time fulfillment is executed and recorded.
  6. Cultivates a pipeline of prospects through relationship building with key decision-makers.
  7. Creates presentations and proposals to showcase opportunities that align with prospects' business goals.
  8. Leads negotiation, creates contracts, and ensures mutually beneficial terms that align with the company.
  9. Provides insights on successes and recommendations to overcome challenges.
  10. Follows and supports all company policies and assimilates into the NDM Hospitality and Falcone Group culture through understanding and demonstrating the core values.
  11. Maintains a positive presence within the community and positive relationships with key clients, sponsors, and local community businesses.
  12. Able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively with internal and external customers.
  13. Attends special events to entertain, network, and service clients.
  14. Manages tools required for lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years' experience in the sponsorship sales field, including experience leading a successful sales-driven business model.

Highly developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

Demonstrates persistence and resourcefulness.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent time-management skills.

Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
