Land Acquisition Specialist / Analyst

Quest Group is looking for a Jr. Land Acquisition Analyst for a leading Atlanta multi-family real estate developer dedicated to creating vibrant communities through innovative design and sustainable practices. We are looking for a motivated Junior Land Acquisitions Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing portfolio of multi-family developments.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Land Acquisitions Analyst, you will support the land acquisition process by conducting market research, analyzing potential sites, and assisting in the evaluation of development opportunities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Analyze zoning regulations, property values, and market trends to assess the feasibility of prospective sites.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and acquisition teams to evaluate site visits and due diligence processes.
• Maintain and update databases related to land acquisition, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Support the negotiation process by gathering relevant data and preparing reports.
• Attend meetings and assist in the coordination of project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with real estate markets, zoning laws, and land use regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of experience with a developer or brokerage
