Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to our high net worth clients on matters related to trusts and estates.
- Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Navigate complex tax issues related to estate planning and administration.
- Represent clients in probate and trust litigation matters.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for estate planning.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in trusts and estates law.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Lawyer.
- Admission to the Bar in the state of practice.
- Proven experience working with high net worth clients.
- A deep understanding of trusts, estates, and related tax matters.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards.
