**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in specialty required; first-time travelers considered
**License:** Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)
**Must-Have:**
- Cerner experience required for all travelers
- COVID-19 Vaccine with Booster; exemptions available for medical or religious reasons
- At least one supervisory reference at the time of submission
**Job Description:**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Collect relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations and analyze the assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement a plan that prescribes interventions to attain desired outcomes, and evaluate progress toward achieving these outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team of patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide care in a safe, healing, and caring environment.
- Provide learning opportunities and directly give health information to patients, families, and the treatment team.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate the duties of healthcare team members.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Comply with organization requirements for vaccinations, including measles, mumps, flu, and COVID-19 vaccines. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
