Position Overview: Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Senior Bulletin Planner, a key Aftersales role directly impacting Kenworth dealers and PACCAR customers in a dynamic environment. You will deliver data and analysis for Kenworth's technical bulletins and partner with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to determine field action costs.
- Present recommendations that maximize customer uptime at the lowest possible cost to PACCAR.
- Define and support vehicle field action populations and customer information utilizing internal systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and status reporting.
- Advise internal stakeholders on safety recalls.
- Meet regulatory requirements (NHTSA, EPA, CARB, ECCC, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, data analytics, or a related subject.
- 5+ years of experience supporting program strategy and communicating results to leadership.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge and experience using technology and big data to drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in business, analytics, or related subject.
- Project Management Professional and/or Six Sigma Belt certifications.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems/functions.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or automotive industries.
