Production Manager (Molding)

Job Description:

As a Mold Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mold maintenance and repair operations within a manufacturing facility. You will ensure that all molds are in optimal condition to support production schedules and meet quality standards. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, coordinating with other departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and modification of molds.
• Manage and lead a team of mold technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure mold availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
