Data Entry Level 1
Department: Warehouse/Receiving
Summary
The Quality Data Entry Level 1 Clerk responsible for collecting, reviewing, and inputting all quality inspection forms in the database. This person will also review the data for accuracy of content and completeness.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
Quality Data Entry Level 1
Collects all sub-contractor and production work order.
Inventory all of the labels and ribbons.
Generate labels.
Facilitate shipments to customers.
Distribute labels to Sub-Contractors.
Enter data received from all Departments and Sub-Contractors.
Assign BIN location.
Responsible for working according to the company's safety and quality standards.
Maintains a safe and clean work area.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Requires sitting for a prolonged period of time.
Requires moving from place to place within the office with minimal reaching of times above or below desk level.
Requires handling files, stacks of papers reference and other materials with lifting up to 25lbs.
Requires strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting of items weighing up to (25) twenty-five pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
