UTA seeks a Recruiter to join our Early Career Recruiting team based in our Los Angeles office. This individual will play a pivotal role in pipeline management, candidate engagement, and attraction activities. Reporting directly to the Director of Early Career Recruiting, the successful candidate will leverage their comprehensive understanding of the business to attract and hire top-tier talent, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. This includes building a robust talent pipeline, conducting screening and on-site interviews, overseeing the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships.
  • Talent Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with top talent through effective sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize a data-driven approach to provide valuable insights into the talent pipeline, enhance recruiting strategies, and garner support from stakeholders and partners.
  • Diversity Initiatives: Focus on diversity initiatives within the early talent space to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their business needs and priorities, aligning recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, company objectives, and market dynamics to continuously develop business knowledge and acumen.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university strongly required.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in university recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Workday a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
  • General business knowledge and interest in the entertainment business.
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Well-organized, able to work with deadlines.
  • An analytical mind with attention to detail.
