For highly regulated businesses in healthcare, it’s always been a challenge to harness that customer data and get it to the marketing and analytics tools that require it while following patient privacy laws .

We provide a layer of data governance to make current web analytics tools HIPAA-compliant. Our customers can continue getting the insights they need to improve the patient experience while safeguarding health information.

In short, we help healthcare marketers promote access to care and safeguard patient privacy at the same time. Our customers manage their customer data with two offerings:

  1. Privacy Platform: We help healthcare providers automate their website’s and app’s HIPAA compliance and safeguard first-party customer data across their tech stack.
  2. Data Activation Platform: We make it easy for teams to activate customer data using their preferred analytics, data, and marketing tools.

We’re fully remote. If you strongly value in-person work, Freshpaint is likely not the best fit for you. Employees need to be based in the US. Many of our team are concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC.

To balance out our remote work, we gather the team 2-4 times per year for offsites. We’ve been to Greece, Jackson Hole, Cabo, Santa Fe, and California wine country in the recent past.

Who we are: Freshpaint was founded by web analytics veterans focused on enabling healthcare companies to collect, safeguard, and activate patient data.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll be the first product marketing hire at one of the fastest growing startups.
  • Build on the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy that has driven us to 10x growth in one year.
  • Develop empathy with our sales, customer success, and marketing teams around problems related to high-performance marketing and privacy in healthcare.
  • Create tools and training to help sales and customer success communicate Freshpaint’s value proposition.
  • Be the subject matter expert on our competition and develop tools to enable our go-to-market team.
  • Identify signals for new segments, product opportunities, and distribution opportunities.
  • Work with product and engineering to develop product strategy, roadmaps, and launch strategies.
  • Develop product-specific value propositions, messaging, and target customer personas.
  • Plan and execute successful beta customer and product launches.

Requirements - what you'll bring:

  • 5+ years experience managing end-to-end product marketing at B2B SaaS brands.
  • Proven track record of thinking like a CEO with a strong desire to own your function.
  • World-class written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
  • Go-to-market expertise.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into messaging and differentiated positioning.
  • Experience building and leading product launches.
  • Superb collaboration skills across marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on execution.
