About The Job:
The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial job posting to the onboarding of new employees. They are essential in supporting the work of recruiters and HR, contributing to the overall success of the organization's talent acquisition efforts. Additionally, they serve as brand ambassadors for the company, embodying and promoting the organization's culture, values, and opportunities at various events and engagements. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Arrange logistics for interviews, including travel arrangements when necessary.
- Ensure all interviewers have the necessary information and materials for interviews.
- Candidate communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely agenda's & updates, interview details. Partnering closely with TA Partners.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.
- Oversee Pre-Hire & On-Boarding experience including the pre-employment screening process for new hires including but not limited to criminal background check, drug-screening, MVR, health screening, references, and credential validation.
- Collaborate with TA, HR, IT and hiring managers to facilitate the Pre-Hire, Onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as updating job postings, employee review campaigns, maintaining the company's careers page, and creating content for social media.
- Assist and facilitate New Hire Tours and Orientation.
- Assist in the documentation and improvement of recruitment processes and automation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Performs other tasks as required.
- 0 -2 years' experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, recruiting or communications in a corporate environment preferred. Internship experience welcome.

- Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Workday ATS and onboarding modules preferred
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work weekend "on calls" and or evening shifts highly preferred (these shifts will be remote)
