Aesthetic Sales Lead

Job Description

dr LASER is looking to hire an Aesthetic Sales Lead for our New York, Chelsea location! This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals with experience in commission-based sales. You will act as a consultant to our clients, providing knowledge of treatments and services and pushing store sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients while checking them in for treatments.
• Provide sales support to clients by recommending treatments and closing sales.
• Increase company revenue by upselling current clients and warm leads.
• Schedule clients via phone, email, and in-person for future services.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with daily and weekly targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Highly motivated attitude
• Knowledge of skincare and treatments offered at the offices
• Strong customer service skills

Compensation : Hourly (dependent on experience) + commission + bonuses

Job Type : Open to Part-Time & Full-Time

Pay : $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
