Full Stack Lead

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend and backend development processes and procedures.

Multi-Tier Java/J2EE Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience in developing multi-tier Java/J2EE applications, employing various Open-Source technologies and Frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Persistent Object Components using iBatis/myBatis and DAO.

Application Server Mastery: Competency in working with application servers, including JBoss EAP/Apache Tomcat.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including offshore app developers, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality mobile applications and backend services.

Must Have:

1. Full stack technologies such as Java, REST services
2. Front end technologies like AngularJS
3. Configure CMS solutions using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
4. Java/J2EE backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Integration technologies
5. Good communication skills, Agile software execution

Good To Have Skills:

1. Good to have experience in handling applications in Cloud environments like AWS, Azure
2. Experience with Apache Kafka and Redis in-memory storage database is a plus
3. Good experience in design and development of Java/J2EE microservice applications
4. Having exposure to handling security related issues in the applications
5. Proficiency in communication and collaboration skills to communicate with business and management
6. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and delivery pipeline (CI/CD)
7. Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus
8. Passion to resolve production support/performance tuning of the applications or databases is a plus
