A Day in the Life
- Drive business requirements elicitation, solution option selection, User acceptance testing, and other project affiliated activities.
- Engage with end users as necessary to troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution.
- Work with technical and testing teams to perform warm handoffs, test data creation, test scenario identification, and end user training.
- Own and provide support for informal and formal testing activities such as unit, system integration, and User Acceptance Testing as necessary.
- Generate necessary MSCM documents in Agile MAP, Polarion, and own the release activities.
- Collaborate with enterprise counterparts for various projects.
- Perform a dual role of project Coordinator and Business Analyst based on project needs.
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs, turning those needs into system requirements.
- Configure system settings and options, ensuring that the solution meets business needs.
- Create comprehensive technical, training, and validation documents.
- Map business processes with Visio, Miro, or similar tools.
- Other duties may be assigned.
