Job Description
The NextGen Training Development Specialist has overall responsibility for coordination, administration, development, delivery, communication, audit, and evaluation of system wide Workday training provided by the NextGen Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to ensure alignment with Minnesota State policies.
The position is responsible for developing and advancing the just-in-time/virtual learning needs that support learners' adoption Minnesota State's Workday configuration. The incumbent will provide expertise, consultation, development, and support to make informed decisions regarding the effectiveness/impact of technology integration and development of enterprise virtual and blended training spaces to ensure our eLearning and hybrid learning offerings are relevant, functional and of high quality.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or another related field OR four years of experience in instructional design, development, and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in media development, publishing, and content management.
- Proficient in eLearning technology such as Adobe Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office .
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusiveness; able to bring diverse perspectives and experiences together.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders from the business and technical communities.
- Knowledge of Workday Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Student
- Demonstrated Project Management skills.
- Understanding of the Minnesota State system (organization, leadership, culture).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and operate within a Learning Management System such as Enterprise Learning Management (ELM).
