Job Requirements / Description
  • They will also have a deep understanding of market strategy, product marketing, strategy, partner engagement, growth objectives, product development, resellers, branding and positioning, memory storage, brand awareness, and semiconductor memory products
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, ASIC, SEM/SEO
  • Experience with SSD is a must, ideally with some semiconductor memory products (e.g. SK, Intel, Micron, Toshiba, WD, Kioxia)
  • Will consider candidates with experience in other semiconductor IC products

Responsibilities

  • This role will provide leadership and direction for our sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Drive brand awareness and market positioning
  • Engage with partners and resellers to expand market reach and drive business growth
  • Lead product development and marketing strategies for semiconductor memory products
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and activities with business goals
  • Salary $160,000 - $200,000 per year
