- They will also have a deep understanding of market strategy, product marketing, strategy, partner engagement, growth objectives, product development, resellers, branding and positioning, memory storage, brand awareness, and semiconductor memory products
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, ASIC, SEM/SEO
- Experience with SSD is a must, ideally with some semiconductor memory products (e.g. SK, Intel, Micron, Toshiba, WD, Kioxia)
- Will consider candidates with experience in other semiconductor IC products
Responsibilities
- This role will provide leadership and direction for our sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive growth and profitability
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Drive brand awareness and market positioning
- Engage with partners and resellers to expand market reach and drive business growth
- Lead product development and marketing strategies for semiconductor memory products
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and activities with business goals
- Salary $160,000 - $200,000 per year
