Key Responsibilities:
- Note : Must have a strong Digital Transformation background
- The Digital Product Owner (DPO) will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the messaging platform.
- Translate the business process into a supporting product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Translate complex digital concepts into clear and understandable language.
- Identify barriers and challenges to digital transformation and develop innovative solutions.
- Prioritizing execution of work for engineering teams leveraging Jira and Rally, ensuring DEV teams understand detailed business requirements and work is progressing forward.
- Leveraging Mural for program increment (PI) planning activities.
- Prioritizing defect fixes and releases to production
- Adhere to agile metrics and offer ideas for improvement
- Transforming digital messaging platform
- Enhancing documents technology
- Retire legacy applications
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Product Owner, Digital Transformations, Agile/SAFe, Jira/Rally
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or a similar role
- 5+ years of advanced experience with Agile/SAFe project delivery methodologies.
- 3+ years of effectively challenging at all levels of management as well as influencing business outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience working in Jira, Rally, Mural, and Microsoft Office.
- Significant experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in a banking/financial environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience creating, conducting, and presenting to mid-level management as well as presenting in medium-sized forums
- Ability and desire to think strategically and make connections across technologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience driving teams forward
