Suvi Global Services, LLC located in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking experienced Data Entry II position to join our team.ResponsibilitiesAssists in a variety of administrative mattersDaily invoicing for Air & Ocean shipmentsPrepares all documentation for DANY Office, packing list, picturesMaintains financial and operational records manually and electronicallyVerifies reports for accuracy and completeness and compiling informationAs directed, performs a variety of computer, warehouse and office duties, the uploading and entering of customer work and boxing orders for ocean and air shipmentsResponsibilities also include the invoicing of the work orders and all warehouse paperwork as well as managing electronic and manual filing systemsOther duties include receiving and put away of small packages, cycle counting, physical inventories, inventorying office supplies, safety, and housekeepingManagement reserves the rights to amend this job description predicated on the business and management needsQualificationsHigh School diplomaOne (1) year of experience in data entryA can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and meet the demands of our customer and managementKnowledge of, or experience in/with, Warehouse Management Systems, Freight Consolidation and 3PL OperationsAbility to work independently and collaborate with the team membersStrong attention to details, drive, and pride in workmanshipAbility to follow safety rules and requirements according to company policyPosition reports directly to the Office ManagerStrong command of the English language both verbally and writtenMust be organizedProficient in multitaskingCompany DescriptionWork Where it MattersSuvi, an Akima company, is not just another federal mission services contractor.
