Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage account inventory levels, ensuring product availability aligns with customer needs and demands.
- Customer Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly customer activity reports, insights, and updates to internal management, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and provide solutions to address client concerns and challenges, ensuring customer problems are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication both internally with cross-functional teams (e.g., field sales, operations) and externally with clients.
- Responsiveness: Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and requests, exceeding expectations for service quality and speed.
- Growth Focus: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts, strategizing to expand business, and close deals on warm leads.
- Collaboration with Field Sales: Work closely with the field sales team to align strategies and actions, ensuring a cohesive approach to acquiring and retaining business.
- Sales & Deal Closing: Be prepared to finalize and close deals on warm leads, helping to drive sales revenue and growth targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and closing sales.
