This part-time position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining product quality and store visual standards, and meeting sales goals. This role is located at Store #3048, 131 Industrial Parkway Dr, Hollister, MO 65672.
Job duties involve customer contact, payment handling, and access to store merchandise. Candidates will need to go through a criminal history review. Qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and protected veterans, are encouraged to apply.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales goals
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull and tint products to customer specifications
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and suggest ways to improve sales
- Comply with inventory control procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
