Job Description:
As a Lending Advisor/Internet Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting potential customers in navigating the prequalification process for auto loans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guiding applicants through the online prequalification process to determine their eligibility for an auto loan.
- Ensuring that the prequalification process is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Serving as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process.
- Communicating effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between all parties involved to finalize the purchase smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in sales or car dealership is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and software applications (word, outlook, web, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.
- Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls for independent and franchise dealers.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for all levels of management within the Franchise dealership.
- Develop, maintain, and grow current client and potential client relationships within the independent and franchise dealer communities.
- Constant communication with Independent and Franchise dealers on current promotions, marketing information, and training documents.
- Train dealers on proper documentation needed for fast funding of contracts.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive, Finance, and Sales Experience; preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook); required
- Knowledge of Web Applications (Chrome, Internet Explorer); required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university, preferred
- Equivalent combination of work experience
What’s the expected pay for this role?
- Base pay of $16.90 per hour plus potential bonus
- Guarantee bonus of $1,000.00 a month for the first three (3) months, unless you exceed the bonus guarantee, in which case you would receive the higher amount.
- Our advisors are earning an average of $2,500 per month in bonuses. Top producers average $4,000+ per month in bonuses.
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
