YogaSix is looking for a Wellness Advisor to join the team for our studio in Mountains Edge, Nevada . Working in partnership with the General Manager and other professional staff, the Wellness Advisor is responsible for providing superior customer service while assisting new and current students in their membership needs.

YogaSix is looking for a Wellness Advisor to join the team for our studio in Mountains Edge, Nevada . Working in partnership with the General Manager and other professional staff, the Wellness Advisor is responsible for providing superior customer service while assisting new and current students in their membership needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with new membership sales as well as retention of current members through class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases.
- Execute the full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Participate in grassroots/community events (i.e. health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community, and hospital events, etc).
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
- Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
- Attend special events and training as needed.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to set and meet sales goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
- Basic knowledge of products, programming, and pricing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to bend, lift, kneel, reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills.
