Position Overview:

As the Sr. Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of Aeropay. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury operations. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Treasury Operations: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Financial Systems: Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience leading financial operations, preferably in a fintech or SaaS company.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in treasury management, financial reporting, and budget analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
