Your role at Sephora:
As a Lead Engineer, Systems, you will: Analyze data processing needs for financial information systems and recommend technical solutions and best practice systems. Gather and document user systems requirements. Create and update data mapping documentation for Anaplan, BPC and SAP. Define and document computer system integration designs for both third party and proprietary systems. Implement technical business process improvements for finance systems. Research new financial systems technology for prospective use at Sephora. Identify prospective impact of financial computer system changes. Estimate time and effort to make financial system changes. Lead system change implementation from design to deployment. Lead integration testing cycles between developers, vendors, and business partners. Support the execution, analysis, or triage results of integration tests. Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. Coordinate financial system fixes completed by other teams. Provide key input to facilitate the decision-making process. Transpose business requirements into high quality functional and technical documentation. Define system changes, including: configurations, custom programs, reports, and models. Lead and participate in activities that improve the performance of financial systems. (Position allows some work-from-home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.)
Minimum Requirements:

• **Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems, plus five (5) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the offered position, as a Systems Analyst, or in a related software development role.

(**Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems, plus two (2) years of experience in the offered position, as a Systems Analyst, or in a related software development role.)
Education or Experience must include:

• Software for financial systems,
• SAP ECC,
• Anaplan,
• BPC,
• UI Path,
• Field Glass,
• DTS,
• Aptos,
• Coupa,
• SQL,
• Financial Analysis,
• Database Management systems, and
• Business Analytics.

Salary: $163,650 to $181,700 per year depending on experience.
