We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join our commercial growth team. This position will report to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, but will work cooperatively with many internal teams as part of day-to-day duties. You're a consultative and creative Enterprise Sales Director that can help our client prospects understand how to leverage our data platform to solve their intelligence needs and business challenges.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience selling SaaS products within Market Research, Consumer Insights, Consumer data, data analytics.
  • Experience selling data in a DaaS or SaaS capacity is a plus.
  • 5 years' experience in selling consumer data, market research, analytics, SaaS platforms to Insights, Marketing, Innovation and Media teams within large and mid-market B2C companies.
  • Strong experience selling across various industries and teams from an enterprise level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to negotiate complex deals, comfortable delivering presentations to executives and high-profile commercial clients.
  • Able to explain complex sales solutions and demo software/web-based solutions in a way that allows clients to understand the value.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business sales and existing customer growth with enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in a competitive space.
  • A highly driven and ambitious team player who will ensure that the end-to-end sales process runs smoothly and clients and internal teams are set up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all elements of the sales process from hunting to pitching/demoing to closing deals across F1000 and Mid-Market companies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and enterprise opportunities with an annual target of $2MM - $3MM in annual sales.
  • Actively manage leads pipeline and campaigns in order to exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
  • Establish opportunities by leveraging your personal network, leveraging our existing prospect database, and prospecting data and tools.
  • Understand competitive landscape and various data and market research methodologies.
  • Ensure the Account Management team and Clients are set up for success in the onboarding process by following internal best practices.
  • Expand relationships with other departments of existing clients for enterprise growth.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, metrics and forecasts to the SVP of Sales and Marketing to increase effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development of proposals and pricing optimizing for conversion and providing the best product to the client.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and gaps to shorten the sales cycle.
