About the Role
We’re looking for a super eager Associate Product Manager to join our fast-growing team! This role is perfect for brand-new grads or those with up to 3 years of working experience who are ready to dive into product management. You’ll work closely with our engineering, design, and sales teams to build amazing AI-powered products, while learning the ins and outs of product management from the ground up.
No PM experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything!
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on Product Strategy: Work with the team to shape and execute Redcar’s product roadmap.
- Feature Development: Help develop and prioritize new product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Customer Insights: Get hands-on with customer data to uncover pain points and find opportunities for improvement.
- Creative Problem Solving: Be the go-to for solving customer challenges in real-time.
- Onboarding & Client Syncs: Help onboard new customers and keep them happy with regular check-ins.
- Revenue Growth: Work with the sales and customer success teams to find ways to grow revenue through product enhancements.
- Metrics Tracking: Keep an eye on key product metrics to drive future product decisions.

- Fast Thinker: You’re quick on your feet and can handle shifting priorities with ease.

- Ready to Go: You can start working ASAP (aka not open to current students) ! ️ Ready to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
- Bonus Points: You’ve got a basic understanding of coding or come from a top 20 school.
