Pay Rate: $115,000 - $135,000 / year (DOE) + discretionary bonus

Large privately held company seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the corporate cash management function, treasury, accounting, and financial statements for various companies. The ideal candidate will possess experience with corporate cash management, cash flow, and accounting, with exceptional managerial and interpersonal skills, the capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities :

1. Supervise and prepare daily cash settlements, short-term cash forecasting, and investments of surplus cash in line with company policies.
2. Maintain effective communication with Corporate Finance and Planning to ensure efficient cash and liquidity management.
3. Prepare and conduct cash flow analysis and reporting, and coordinate intercompany cash flow activities.
4. Monitor bank transactions, wire transfers, and fund transfers.
5. Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
6. Assist with annual budget and cash flow budget cycle.
7. Ensure adherence to all internal policies and accounting controls related to cash and bank account management.
8. Assist with the development of staff.
9. Evaluate procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting.
3. Experience with cash management and treasury operation functions.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
5. Professional and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
