We are currently seeking a Risk Analyst that will be responsible for assessing existing and new contractual, financial, operational, and safety risks on our projects and subcontractors. This individual will also support project specific insurance programs by ensuring efficient administration, as well as ensure timely reporting and investigation of claims. Depending upon experience, we may also consider a more senior level candidate. What You Will Do:Execute Subcontractor Prequalification procedures needed to assess/manage risk of subcontractor defaults and support project teams on the prequalification process.Assist in the development and production of various reports including risk assessments, financial and statistical analysis and others as necessary.Assist claims analysts with claims intake, investigations and monthly reporting across all insurance lines.Collaborate with other team members to support administration of Subcontractor Default Insurance, Contractor Controlled Insurance Program and Builders Risk.Assist with underwriting captive insurance lines including Surety and Healthcare Stop Loss.Analyze data to better understand and identify potential risks.Work with other members of the Risk Management team on strategic projects and initiativesWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or minimum 5years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceThe selected candidate must possess excellent organizational and time management skills and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Must have basic business mathematical skills and ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as contracts, insurance policies, and financial statements.Must be a critical thinker and possess the ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables.The new team member should be an energetic, highly motivated, and self-starting individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development.We build where we live, and it shows.?
