Vice President Product Marketing & Enablement
Location:
New York
Reporting to the Executive VP of Marketing, the VP of Product Marketing & Enablement will lead and shape Skai's go-to-market strategy and comprehensive enablement programs. This key leadership role requires a proven track record in product marketing and enablement, along with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. Expertise in commerce and retail media is a significant plus.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing product marketing organization while fostering a culture of continuous learning. By creating scalable processes, defining clear roles, and overseeing internal and external enablement initiatives, you will empower both our teams and clients with the knowledge and tools needed to drive market impact and deliver measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic product marketing and enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling, differentiated messaging for Skai's solutions, ensuring each one resonates with target audiences. Create value propositions for each product and buyer persona, refining these as the market evolves.
Product & Partnership GTM: Create and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product and partner launches, client acquisition, adoption, and expansion. Develop detailed GTM plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams-mainly marketing, sales, product management, and customer success.
Enablement Strategy: Drive the vision and execution of Skai's enablement programs. Develop comprehensive curriculum and training programs for both internal and external audiences. Oversee management of the LMS and certification programs, customizing learning paths for diverse roles and needs.
Client Enablement: Oversee client training, both live and virtual, one to one, one to few and one to many, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training on Skai's solutions and ensuring clients are empowered to optimize their use of the platform.
Internal Enablement: Lead internal training initiatives for the revenue organization, focused on Skai's value proposition as well as for deep dives into platform features. Ensuring internal teams are upskilled and aligned with evolving product offerings, including new hires.
Research: Conduct market and customer research to provide insights that inform product positioning, messaging, and strategic decisions. Ensure the team understands customer and market dynamics, positioning Skai's solutions competitively.
Position Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience in enablement, managing both internal and external training programs
• Knowledge of the adtech industry, specifically retail media, is a significant advantage
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex solutions into clear, compelling messaging
• Experience in creating scalable processes, defining team roles, and building high-performing teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in managing and deploying learning management systems (LMS), with experience in curriculum development for diverse audiences
• Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to multitask across a wide variety of responsibilities and deliverables
The salary range for this position is $190,000-220,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
