Collaborates with Nursing Supervisor to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and department workflows are effective and efficient. The Lead MA is involved in training and onboarding of new MA's or CMA's, assists with annual MA or CMA competencies, provides patient care, assists with in-basket work/ work ques, oversees schedule, and communicates directly and regularly with management.Qualifications:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS H.S. Diploma/GED CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA) within 30 days.
