Responsibilities
Match invoices to POs and send payment (check, ACH, wire, etc)
Vendor management and set up
Run cost reports to share with sales/ops teams
Cost control, budget management, and cost schedule for projects
Expense reporting
Assist with month end closings
Skills
Account Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required)
Project Accounting
Bookkeeping (2 years of experience is required)
Vendor Management (2 years of experience is required)
