Clean Energy Loan Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process loans in alignment with established procedures and policies
• Collaborate with the project intake team to gather and review loan documentation
• Work directly with borrowers to obtain credit information and provide excellent customer service
• Manage loan documentation processes, including title searches, insurance requirements, and regulatory reviews
• Coordinate loan closings and manage fund disbursement
• Maintain accurate records throughout the loan lifecycle
• Support loan servicing functions, including processing loan closings and tracking outstanding loan documentation
• Evangelize the clean energy mission in all that you do

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance, with at least a year of experience in a loan analyst or underwriter role for commercial loans
• Deep understanding of banking procedures, financial documentation, and loan processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in digital financial systems
• Passionate about clean energy technologies
• Residency in Colorado

Benefits:

• Salary $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
